- Lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Develop detailed technical documentation, including solution architecture, design specifications, and integration plans.
- Integration and Customization:
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Azure) using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Customize ServiceNow applications to meet specific business needs, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
- Develop and manage automated workflows and scripts to streamline IT processes and reduce manual effort.
- Project Management and Leadership:
- Lead project teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to scope and budget.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and administrators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders to promote platform adoption and effective use.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with ServiceNow product releases, features, and best practices, leveraging new capabilities to enhance solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, driving continuous enhancement of service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow instances, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development, design, and implementation.
- Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, and HRSD.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Glide, and AngularJS.
- Experience with REST and SOAP API integration.
- Proven track record of successfully leading ServiceNow projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
