Job Description:Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the overall data migration strategy and roadmap.
  • Define data migration objects, templates, and load sequencing.
  • Coordinate data cleansing and enrichment with business stakeholders.
  • Manage mock runs, trial migrations, and final cutover migration.
  • Lead and mentor the data migration team (BODS developers, SLT specialists).
  • Collaborate with functional teams for mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements in data migration.
  • Provide status reporting and risk management for migration activities.
Experience
  • 8+ years of SAP data migration project experience.
  • At least 3 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA data migration projects as Migration Lead.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP BODS, SLT Replication, and Central Finance migrations.
  • Proven experience in data reconciliation and cutover planning.
Technical Skills
  • SAP Data Services (BODS) – design, ETL jobs, performance optimization.
  • SAP SLT Replication Services – configuration, monitoring, error handling.
  • SAP S/4HANA Central Finance – migration and replication concepts.
  • SQL, data profiling, and reconciliation scripts.
Soft Skills
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to handle large datasets under tight timelines.
