If you have a can-do attitude, with experience working in a fast-paced environment we look forward to hearing from you.Working across the restaurant and conferencing, key duties of the role include:
- Delivering timely, friendly and professional table and bar service while anticipating guests' needs
- Demonstrating knowledge of the food and beverage menu
- Working cohesively as part of a close-knit team
- Clearing and resetting tables to ensure prompt turnaround
- Liaising with the Kitchen on special requests or delayed meals
- Assisting with conferences and events including conference room preparation
- Maintaining standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation
- A friendly, customer-focused attitude
- A focus on punctuality and hardworking
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- Barista experience (desirable)
- A high standard of grooming and presentation
- The ability and flexibility to work rostered shifts including nights and weekends
