- Managing the Operations of Trade Finance

- Process enrichment and tracking team’s deliverable.

- Review, identify and plug revenue leakage in various processes
- Ensure staff is hired based on business projections and requirements
- Ensure staff is trained adequately for all processes they handle
- Create awareness on regulatory environment
- Ensure that management is aware of incidents arising in the unit
- Ensure all regulatory guidelines are followed
- Ensure Costs are maintained within the budget
- Guide and help Operations units and branches by resolving their queries pertaining to processes and accounts.
- Ensure better CE with timely deliveries’
- Ensure Compliance and adherence of internal and external regulations
- Ensured pro-active and sustained liaisoning with Product, Sales and Branch Operations heads
- At least 8-10 years experience in banking of which 5 years should be in Managerial position
