Function HR & Admin IR Role Head HR & Admin IR Education MBA HR/ / MSW/ MHRM from a reputed institute. Additional qualification in Law would be preferable Professional Experience 15 - 18 years preferably from manufacturing industry and with minimum of 3 years as HEAD HR from a reputed organization Key Deliverables Policy implementation Welfare and benefits administration Employee engagement & communication MIS Industrial relations Statutory compliance & Govt Liason Learning & Development Key relationships Internal to organization: Employees External to organization: Vendor, Government agencies, Candidates Responsibilities Prime Responsibilities Implement human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labour relations completing personnel transactions Develop human resources solutions by collecting and analysing information recommending courses of action Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities reading professional publications maintaining personal networks participating in professional organizations Develop Establish and maintain various welfare and support function of the organization Shared cross-functionally Manage client expectations by communicating project status and issues resolving concerns analysing time and cost issues preparing reports Key competencies - Functional Need to have: At least 5 years of experience in handling all areas of HR Should have knowledge about the industry and the competitors Should have good networking and interpersonal skills Nice to have: Should be well versed with latest HR trends Should be open to move to sites for understanding employees needs and comforts SAP HCM knowledge
