Job Overview We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, and closing deals. You will play a crucial role in driving the sales process and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets. This is a full-time position based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. Qualifications And Skills 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment Proven track record of achieving sales targets Strong prospecting and lead generation skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Knowledge of sales processes and strategies Self-motivated and target-driven Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field Roles and Responsibilites Identify New Sales Leads. Must Have Laptop ( Optional) And Own Vehicle Field Sales Prospect For New Clients By Networking. Cold Calling. Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company. Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Companys practice leaders/Principals. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives. Participate in pricing the solution/service. Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness. Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships. Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services. Manage multiple accounts simultaneously Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
