- Talent Acquisition:
- Lead and manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer closure, for all levels and functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver quality hires within timelines.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies.
- Onboarding:
- Design and execute structured onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Monitor and improve onboarding experience through feedback and continuous improvements.
- Learning Management System (LMS):
- Manage and maintain the LMS platform for employee training and development.
- Coordinate with department heads to create and assign training modules.
- Track, analyze, and report on training completion and effectiveness.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to onboarding and LMS management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in ATS, HRMS, and LMS tools.
