You'll help build AI agents to transform recruitment workflows, design next-generation candidate experiences, and revolutionize how enterprises send out offer letters.You may be involved in creating infrastructure that processes millions of workflow messages from disparate external systems or building an analytics platform to trace and visualize every action taken in the system. Your work will directly impact how our customers zero in on their best strategies and identify bottlenecks to solve.Your code will have millions of eyeballs from 200 countries right from Azerbaijan to Australia and closer to home, you will help hire from Jhumritalaiya to Jammu.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable software solutions for recruitment workflowsBuild and maintain data-intensive applications with high performance and reliabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new featuresOptimize applications for maximum speed and scalabilityImplement security and data protection measuresParticipate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practicesRequirements4-6 years of experience developing software on a Java/J2EE and relational database stackStrong understanding of system design and scalable architecture principlesProficiency with technologies like Spring, Hibernate, SQL, and RESTExperience in designing and implementing microservices-based architectureFamiliarity with setting up and deploying applications to cloud providers like AWS or GCPAbility to harness AI as an engineering assistant to improve productivity and code qualityPreferred QualificationsExperience with frontend development - JavaScript frameworks like Backbone/AngularData science experience - fetching data from multiple sources, modeling, and extracting informationFamiliarity with tools like MongoDB, Hadoop, Mahout, Neo4jInformation security knowledge - OWASP Security principlesOur Tech StackJava, Spring, Hibernate, MySQL - RDS, MongoDB, Apache Solr, Spring Cloud, S3 - Angular 2, Backbone JS, Azure OpenAI.
