Coordinate with the sales team and support day-to-day sales operations.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and delivery schedules.
Maintain sales data and update CRM or sales records regularly.
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and service teams for smooth order processing.
Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
Assist in preparing monthly and weekly sales reports.
Maintain proper documentation of sales and customer records.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
13 years experience in sales coordination or sales support role.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred:

Experience in medical devices / healthcare industry is an added advantage.
