Our services include Trade clearance & allocation, Reconciliations, Trade Break Management, Compliance reporting, Loan/non-loan wire investigation and break resolution, P & I recons, data recons and Trade Lifecycle Management. About The Team Loan Administrator / Fund Accountant - MIDDLE/BACK OFFICE loan servicing, custody and administration with top-tier fund accounting and investor servicing for clients originating and investing in commercial/Term loans. In addition to administering loan pools and credit funds, Fund Services provides What You Will Be Doing Performing the administration of and any services pursuant to administration agreements in respect of a portfolio of hedge fund and Private Equity clients Review & sign-off of Net Asset Value calculations, financial statements and associated reports Reviewing/Authorizing payments and other transactions Planning, scheduling and managing the daily workflows of all client deliverables within the team Effective monitoring of deliverables to ensure high SLA compliance within set accuracy standards Ensure adherence of applicable best practice policies & client specific agreements Managing & coordinating the Year end process with respect to audit timelines, Financial Statement Preparation, Regulatory filings, Tax services, etc Engage & own intra-office migrations and/ or new client on boarding Drive forward continuous improvement, seeking efficiencies while maintaining adequate controls What You Bring Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience Typically, at least 2-5 years of financial services industry experience in structured finance operations and/or institutional assets, and one or more years of leadership responsibility Client servicing experience and excellent interpersonal skills to build high levels of customer satisfaction Loan servicing, custody and administration with top-tier fund accounting and investor servicing for clients originating and investing in commercial/Term loans.
