- Assist in the development and implementation of new assembly processes and procedures.
- Support the design, build, and validation of assembly tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
- Perform time studies and analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for assembly-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Production, to ensure smooth product launches.
- Document assembly instructions, process flows, and engineering specifications.
- Provide technical support and training to assembly operators.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment (internship experience is a plus).
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality control methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
