- Build and maintain robust financial models to support project funding requirements.
- Conduct IRR analysis, credit evaluation, and scenario analysis for new and ongoing projects.
- Manage complete fundraising lifecycle: from identifying debt requirements to documentation, disbursement, and post-disbursal compliance.
- Liaise with lenders, banks, financial institutions, and credit rating agencies to facilitate smooth financing transactions.
- Resolve lender queries, manage reporting requirements, and ensure covenant compliance.
- Drive credit rating improvement efforts through regular analysis and strategic engagement.
- Support senior management in making investment and financing decisions with data-backed insights.
- Strong command over Excel-based financial modelling and IRR analysis.
- Exposure to debt fundraising, credit rating, and banking documentation is preferred. Training can be provided by the company.
- Comfortable handling lender/investor interactions and resolving queries.
- Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.
- Self-starter with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- Hands-on front office role with full lifecycle exposure to project fundraising.
