• Evaluate patients medical history and physical condition prior to anesthesia.
• Select appropriate anesthesia type (general, regional, local, sedation).
• Administer anesthesia and continuously monitor vital signs.
• Manage airway, breathing, circulation, and emergency situations.
• Provide post-operative pain relief and recovery monitoring.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and OT staff.
• Maintain accurate anesthesia records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with hospital safety and clinical protocols.
• Participate in ICU care and resuscitation when required.

• MBBS with MD/DNB in Anesthesiology (or equivalent).
• Valid medical council registration.
• Certification in BLS/ACLS (preferred).

• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making.
• Excellent patient monitoring and crisis management skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of precision.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and long surgical hours.

• Fresher with postgraduate qualification or
• 15 years of clinical anesthesia experience (depending on level).

• Operation theatres, ICUs, emergency departments.
• Rotational shifts, night duties, and on-call responsibilities
