- Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of automobile spare parts and accessories
- Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages and overstocking
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Implement FIFO/FEFO and other inventory control practices
- Liaise with suppliers for procurement of genuine parts
- Negotiate prices and payment terms with approved vendors
- Supervise, train, and monitor store staff performance
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and documentation requirements
- Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Coordinate with workshop, service, and sales teams for part availability
- Handle escalated issues regarding shortages, returns, or replacements
- Prepare and analyze inventory and stock movement reports
- Suggest process improvements for efficient store operations
- Proficient in ERP/store management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of automobile spare parts and accessories
