And as you help us create a better world, we will help you build your own intellectual firepower.Welcome to the relentless pursuit of better.Inviting applications for the position of Assistant Vice President-Techno Functional ServiceIn this role, we are looking for someone ITIL certified Service Mgmt. experienced in Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management.Responsibilities· Experienced in Service Transition and creating Governance dashboards for Application Maintenance projects with 3rd party vendors.· Experienced in SLA management, status reporting with clients, conducting service management governance meetings and reviews with senior leadership & vendor leadership.· Experienced in planning, leading discussions with customers, requirements gathering, designing integrated end to end solution as per ITSM principles and techniques.· Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.· Solid technical knowledge on programming languages, database concepts, API integrations.· Capable of project managing if required and peer review functional/technical documentation, effort estimations.· Adept with SaaS tools, functioning of SaaS and PaaS, ability to grasp functional/technical aspects of vendor/in-house solutions quickly and provide remedial actions.· Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with a solution mindset.· Experience in SDLC (waterfall & Agile) projects.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum qualifications/skills
BE/BTech Graduate in Computer Technology specialization
