Offline Sales - Proven track record in driving sales and meeting targets
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Strong network of doctors (paediatricians/gynaecologist) preferred
Past Healthcare background preferred (Not Mandatory)
English, Hindi & Kannada (good to have)

Requirements * Drive Offline Business - To drive clinic growth through offline sales channels. Direct impact on Business P&L of the company

Doctor referral - Build strong relationships with the doctors to drive patient referrals for therapies & vaccinations
School Activations: Build relationships with schools and manage health camps, awareness programs, and presentations to school authorities.
Society Activations: Engage residential societies for health camps, vaccination drives, and lead tracking for conversions
Lead Generation & Reporting: Generate leads, track key metrics, and provide performance reports with improvement suggestions.
Lead Conversion - Follow up and convert leads into business results.
