You will oversee the ordering processes to ensure successful and on-time delivery. You will have the opportunity to learn, develop and create complex reports for sharing insights and knowledge.ResponsibilitiesProviding administrative support to sales representatives and channel partners for order processing, customer quotes, sales information, product training and financingFollowing our internal procedures and practices to ensure successful on-time delivery of our products to our customersCollaborating and communicating with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and feedbackResolving problems by clarifying issues, researching and implementing solutions and escalating unresolved problemsRequirementsHave good experience in a customer service or customer-facing roleBe a great problem solver, resolving problems using existing solutionsBe able to adapt and flex to deliver multiple priorities in a rapidly changing administrative environmentHave excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel and the ability to learn new systemsBe fluent in English, verbal and written and have excellent all-round communication skillsAble to work as a team player and to effectively collaborate within a matrix organizationWork in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
