- Work on identifying potential clients or partnerships to expand the company's market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and meetings.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to align strategies and meet business goals.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase company products/services and win new business.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the Staffing / Executive Search industry.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- Must have a bachelor's degree in marketing/sales field or relevant field.
- Must have 0-1 years of Experience in the relevant field.
- Must have Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
