Our operations are powered by Opptra's global supply chain and AI-driven technology, ensuring our brand partners achieve impactful, scalable growth in new markets.About the Role :We are looking for a Marketplace Growth Associate to drive performance and growth for our fashion brands portfolio across leading marketplace platforms in the Middle East such as Namshi, Noon, Amazon, Trendyol, Centrepoint, 6th Street, and more. You will manage strategy, execution, performance, and customer experience for your portfolio. This is a high-impact role working cross-functionally with brand management, content, supply chain, finance, and external platform teams.Key Responsibilities :- Build and execute go-to-market strategies for marketplaces to maximise sales and brand presence- Optimise product visibility, pricing, listings, and inventory to drive GMV and conversion- Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) efficiently- Monitor sales performance and optimise vendor relations accordingly- Run high-performing campaigns and promotions, leveraging platform tools and data- Lead analytics, insights, and platform reporting to inform growth strategies- Coordinate operations with internal and platform teams to ensure flawless order fulfilment- Ensure platform compliance, manage P&L, returns, and reconciliation processes- Champion customer experience and feedback management, resolving issues effectivelyWhat We're Looking For:- 3-5 years of ecommerce experience, with at least 2 years managing brand sales on marketplaces - Experience with Marketplace platforms.- Experience with Middle East marketplaces is a strong plus- Strong business acumen and hands-on digital experience- Excellent communication, analytical, and recommendation-driving skills - Analytical mindset, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Google Analytics- Operational understanding of supply chain and ecommerce logistics- - High level of discipline and structured workflow management- Experience in vendor management and merchandising (ref:updazz.com)
