Job Description:POSITION TITLE: Sr. Analyst, Corporate DevelopmentPosition Summary:The Sr. Analyst will support the Corporate Development & Capital Markets Team by updating commitment and settlement files in excel, maintaining trackers, ensuring project plans are adhered to and uploading files to shared drives as well as other assigned duties. This position reports to the Sr Manager, Corporate Development but will also be performing assigned tasks for the Director, Servicing Investment portfolio - Capital Markets. This position interacts with all levels of employees as well as intra-departmental staff members. This position also interacts with various outside sources including corporate personnel of all levels, vendors, sellers, and previous servicers.Job Functions and Responsibilities:

Put together the settlement files for Bulk MSR purchase/sale transactions in excel.
Maintains MSR acquisitions project plans ensuring key tracking of activities for Bulk & Flow MSR sales are up to date.
Ensure that Salesforce.com is updated with acquisition activities and contract details.
Identifies opportunities for improvement and coordinates with applicable seller and/or business unit.
Consistently provides updates to the Leadership Team to keep them informed and ensure they can effectively maintain primary contact with the Seller.
Fosters Teamwork
Develops and maintains good working relationships with both internal and external customers.
Cooperates, shares, and supports the goals of the corporation.
Considers the impact on servicing, customers, and management in making decisions.
Seeks and supports improvements to gain overall company efficiencies.
Participates constructively in meetings.

Completes other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience:Education and/or Experience:

Mortgage banking experience
Portfolio Management experience
MSR Purchase/Sale Transaction Management experience
Degree in business administration or extensive technical work experience may be substituted

Skills and Abilities/Personal and/or Professional Characteristics:

PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Windows
Emphasis on Excel; intermediate knowledge required; knowledge of performing vlookup, countif, mathematical and other calculations and functions
Demonstrable strong organizational skills

Demonstrable problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Must be able to handle stressful situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to handle changing priorities
Detail oriented
Must exhibit ability to be self-motivated

Training / Licensing Requirements:

Must pass the Company's Background Screening process prior to beginning employment. Additionally, as a condition of employment, you may be required to pass client-specific background check requirements or Federal/State licensing requirements, if applicable.
(Ex. or Currently possesses NMLS and MLO licensing in resident state where licenses are required or ability to obtain licensing)
