- Technology development/Process scale-up & Engineering - Process R&D ( Not looking from API, CRO Sector )- PHD or MTech Chemical Engineer with 15 years experience .- Experience in Chemical processes, Process development, Process Scale-up & Engineering, Process commercialization.- Technology assessment, adoption and deployment of new technologies.- Team management of Process chemists & Process engineers.- Exposure in Chlorine, Epoxy Resin, Polymer, Silicone products,reactors, separation systems (distillation, filtration, extractor, absorber, adsorber, etc.- Process equipment and unit operation performance.- heat exchangers, control systems.- Pilot Plant R&D Operation, Technology Transfer, Reaction Engineering. PFD, P&ID.- Basic and Detailed Engineering.- Simulation - Aspen / Aspen +- Must have CFD ( Computational Fluid Dynamic ) simulation knowledge.
