• To ensure 100% compliance of statutory norms and regulations. • Strict implementation & Execute in work permit management system across plant. • To prepare training calendar for safety & execute safety training as per planner. • To conduct various safety inspection and audits at prominent places. • To implement the Safe working practices and conditions with the aid of engineering & production team’s contribution. • To check, review of healthiness of firefighting & fire protection system. • To impart various safety trainings to all concerned at regular intervals. • To prepare Incident/accident investigation procedure. • To maintain firefighting system & emergency firefighting equipment’s. • To coordinate with competent person for testing and examination of various equipment’s as per The Factory Act. • To conduct various safety motivational programs. • To ensure and maintain smooth operation of effluent treatment plant to achieve its desired parameters. • To upgrade operators by training & awareness activities for betterment in day to day assigned functions. • To monitor ETP & STP lab & operation , Sludge Dewatering Machine, Hazardous waste management related operations. • To coordinate with TSDF and Co-processing site for hazardous waste disposal as per norms. • To maintain all legal documents and updating data On RSPCB. • Prepare compliance reply, coordinate for legal visits of RSPCB, & for require supporting. • Monitoring of Environment pollutants through third party as legal compliance. • To coordinate management for system audits, EHS audits & its related compliance activities. • Regular prepare of monthly returns, yearly returns, submission to RSPCB. • To involve in preparation of EHS budgets, Shift schedule, Planning of EHS activities. • To assist superior for smooth EHS department functioning & perform assigned task & reporting. • To develop permit to work procedure and its implementation • To prepare, review, implement standard operating procedures of EHS department. • To involve in overall compliance of statutory norms and regulation. • Daily Plant round and safety observation report submission to responsible department for action
