- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including HNIs and retail investors.
- Understand clients’ financial needs and provide research-backed equity and derivatives advisory.
- Regularly review and optimize client portfolios to maximize returns and manage risks.
- Identify new business opportunities and work towards achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, company reports, and economic developments.
- Ensure all transactions comply with SEBI guidelines and internal policies.
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews with clients to ensure alignment with their financial goals.
- Recommend re-balancing strategies to manage risks and improve portfolio performance.
- Engage clients through regular updates, market insights, and educational sessions to build trust and loyalty.
- Provide investment recommendations and market insights based on global developments, including US markets, to help clients make informed decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of junior relationship managers or advisors to achieve collective business goals.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and foster a collaborative and high-performing work culture.
- Ensure the team adheres to compliance standards, client servicing guidelines, and company policies.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- NISM certifications (Research Analyst & Research Derivatives) (XA-XB) – Mandatory.
- 5–7 years of experience in equity dealing, wealth management, or relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of equity markets and investment products.
- Excellent communication, client-handling, and analytical skills.
- Research & Portfolio management exp of 45
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills esp of HN worth clientele.
