Our product A unique platform which combines computer-vision based Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Driver Monitoring System (DMS) hardware to coach and alert the drivers during at-risk driving scenarios, and SaaS based customer application leveraging on AI-ML algorithms, various microservices and real-time analytics to provide insightful information to the business and Ops users and help them with actionable insights. This combination should eventually become an industry standard, and help save the lives of drivers, passengers, and pedestrians. It also helps in ensuring safe and traceable movement of customer goods, to improve the life of vehicles and to exonerate the drivers and coach them to become the best versions of themselves. Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced LMS System Administrator to join our team and play a crucial role in optimizing the organization's learning environment. You will ensure the efficient operation of the LMS platform, contributing directly to the development, delivery, and tracking of online learning programs. This role allows for streamlined learning experiences, effective management of course content, and the generation of insightful reports that support customer enablement. The LMS System Administrator, as the product owner, ensures the system evolves with the organization's needs, remaining current and effective. By providing user support, they ensure that all users can seamlessly access and benefit from the educational resources, contributing to the overall productivity, skill development, and success of the organization. Responsibilities: Configuration and Setup : Configure and manage the Learning Management System to meet the needs of the organization. This includes setting up courses, managing users and permissions, and ensuring the system is accessible and user-friendly. Reporting : Generate and analyze reports on course enrollment, completion rates, user engagement, and other key metrics to inform decision making and improve the learning experience. System Maintenance : Monitor the performance of the system, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular updates and maintenance to ensure the system is running smoothly. Product Ownership : Oversee the product life cycle, from initial configuration and setup to ongoing improvements and updates. This includes liaising with vendors, managing system upgrades, and ensuring the system continues to meet the needs of the organization. User Support : Provide support and training to users, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring users can effectively use the system. System Integration : Ensure that all system that needs to be integrated with the LMS are aligned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Educational Technology, or related field. 2 to 3 years of proven experience as an LMS System Administrator or similar role Desirable to have specific Northpass product experience. Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and e-learning technologies Technical skills including troubleshooting and understanding of software and hardware configurations. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design techniques is a plus
