We have urgent requirement for BDM - Perm Hiring/Contract Staffing - Non IT. Location Bangalore.Responsibilities:Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:- Identify and target potential clients for permanent recruitment solutions.- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.- Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce needs and tailor solutions accordingly.Market Research and Analysis:- Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions related to permanent recruitment.- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.- Provide insights to the leadership team on market dynamics and potential areas for growth.Sales Strategy Development:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment with business goals.- Identify cross-selling opportunities within Company suite of services.Proposal Creation and Presentation:- Prepare compelling proposals that highlight the value proposition of company permanent recruitment solutions.- Present proposals to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.- Address client inquiries and objections effectively.Contract Negotiation:- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both Company and the client.- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contractual agreements.Performance Monitoring and Reporting:- Track and analyze key performance metrics related to business development efforts.- Generate regular reports on sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).- Proven experience in business development, with a focus on permanent recruitment solutions.- Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and permanent recruitment trends.- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Knowledge of relevant technology tools and platforms in the staffing industry.Interested candidates having experience into Non IT Business Development kindly mail your profile or apply directly.
