- Lead commercial discussions with clients and deliver tailored solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within rubber, tyre, and auto parts segments.
- Prepare and manage technical proposals, cost estimates, and quotations.
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and quality teams to ensure product performance and timely delivery.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and pricing analysis.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular engagement and technical presentations.
- Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve business targets.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech preferred).
- Strong knowledge of rubber compounding, tyre technology, or auto parts manufacturing.
- 5–8 years of experience in commercial or techno-commercial roles within the rubber, tyre, or auto components sector.
- Prior experience managing OEMs and large-scale customers is highly desirable.
- Strong technical and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in costing, pricing, and supply chain processes.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and ERP systems.
