As an Assistant Recruiter, you will support the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates. This is a full-time position based in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, India, with an employment type of Full-Time. We are looking for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting.Qualifications and Skills

1-3 years of experience in recruiting or a related field
Strong communication skills for candidate interactions
Ability to effectively screen and evaluate resumes
Experience with database management and applicant tracking systems
Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office suite

Roles and Responsibilities

Source potential candidates through online channels, social media, and job boards
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews
Coordinate interview logistics, including booking rooms and arranging travel
Maintain and update candidate and job data in the recruitment database
Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and job postings
Support the onboarding process for new hires
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
