As a BPO Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of BPO agents to achieve operational excellence and ensure excellent customer service. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.Qualifications and Skills

Female candidates only
Junior: 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
Proven experience in team building and team leadership
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to handle customer escalations and resolve issues
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Knowledge of BPO operations and processes
Proficiency in using MS Office applications

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of BPO agents, ensuring high performance and productivity
Coach and train team members to improve their skills and performance
Monitor team performance, track metrics, and report on key performance indicators
Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth operations
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to team members
Maintain a positive and motivating work environment
