- Coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular status updates, steering committee meetings, and executive reporting.
- Manage expectations and ensure alignment across business and technical teams.
