- Verify team capacity and ability to deliver in identified release
- Assign team members to work on enhancement (SA, Developer)
- Identify external dependencies, PICs and define dates
- Define key milestone dates (Design playback, Dev completion, etc)
- Track progress against planned milestone dates
- Identify risks, blockers and resolve.
- Escalate to Delivery Lead where unable to resolve
- Liaise with subs, external systems and DevOps
- Collaborate with QA team during execution of SIT and BVT
- Liaise with QA Team for prioritizing defects
- Assign defects to developers for resolution
- Identify Change Requests, liaise with subsidiaries, road mapping team and agree next steps
- Collaborate with Release Management and DevOps for ensuring code and PC tickets are in place
- Ensure subs are provided with Cutover instructions
- Ensure Release Overview slides are provided to Road mapping team
- Ensure handover sessions to AO team
- Liaise with subs, QA team to ensure PVT is successfully completed
