Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Trainer/ Performance coach to boost sales team performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Training, along with previous experience in Sales and sales techniques. The focus is to enhance the sales team's effectiveness through structured training, real-time coaching, and data-driven performance management. This role will also oversee the MIS and QA functions to ensure compliance, accurate reporting, and continuous sales improvement-ultimately driving higher conversion rates and superior client experiences for BYLD Group.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Training & Coaching- Design and deliver training programs on sales pitch, consultative selling, negotiation, and BYLD's service offerings.- Facilitate structured onboarding, refresher programs, and on-the-job training for different sales cohorts.- Coach sales representatives in real time through field accompaniment and role-play scenarios.- Use coaching frameworks (e.g., GROW, STAR, SBI) for structured and actionable feedback2. Sales Data ManagementLead the MIS function to track and publish daily, weekly, and monthly sales dashboards including leads pipeline, meetings, proposals, and closures.Maintain hygiene and accuracy in leads management, opportunity tracking, and sales funnel visibility using CRM/tools.Analyze sales data to highlight performance gaps and inform targeted interventions.Partner with Sales Leadership to review sales forecasts, productivity trends, and regional performance.3. Quality Assurance & Sales Compliance- Lead the QA team to conduct call audits, meeting effectiveness reviews, and proposal quality checks.- Ensure timely and constructive feedback is shared with sales reps to improve effectiveness and client engagement.- Monitor and enforce compliance protocols including:- Minimum number of client calls/meetings- Timely proposal submissions- CRM hygiene and reporting discipline4. Field Insights & Sales Enablement- Accompany sales reps on client visits to gather on-ground insights, assess client reactions, and identify skill gaps.- Translate field challenges into actionable improvements-training interventions, objection-handling scripts, updated FAQs, etc.- Develop sales enablement assets (playbooks, checklists, pitch decks) in collaboration with Marketing and Product teams.5. Client Feedback & Experience Management- Interact with clients during/post-meetings to gather candid feedback on BYLD's sales approach and service promise.- Consolidate and analyze feedback to improve customer experience strategies and personalize sales coaching.- Act as the voice of the customer in internal discussions to shape more relevant, consultative selling.Qualifications & Requirements- 10+ years of experience in Sales Training, Performance Coaching, and Sales Operations in a B2B or service-led environment - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Strong command over CRM systems and sales analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Lead square, Excel-based dashboards).- Familiarity with sales quality audits, compliance protocols, and reporting frameworks.- Exposure to adult learning, behavioral coaching, and performance management models.- Hands-on, field-ready mindset with strong business and client orientation.- Six Sigma certification could be added advantage (ref:updazz.com)
