Overview:Electro Rent is a global organisation with offices in the US, EMEA and APAC. It has ambitious targets for growth and continues to develop its marketing strategy to achieve the growth plans for the business; we are looking for a Marketing Assistant looking to take the next challenge in their career.Reporting to the Head of Marketing Communication and Demand Generation, the Marketing Associate will join a well-established EMEA marketing team across various ambitious projects covering events, brand, content management and demand generation.We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the marketing department in executing various marketing strategies and campaigns. This role involves administrative tasks, creative input, and analytical work. Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Secondary degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a marketing role or internship is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, email marketing platforms).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:Role and responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Assist in creating and editing marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive analysis.
  • Campaign Support: Help plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organising and promoting company events, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage marketing calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle other administrative duties as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
