- To act as Transformation Lead within Global ATR LT to boost team collaboration and accelerate TOM evolution, taking guidance from and in alignment with Global A2R Process Owner and A2R Process & Strategy Lead.
- To act as a change agent to foster collaboration within ATR LT and Global / Regional ATR Teams to deliver TOM commitments and priorities as per ATR Ambition.
- To support global A2R transformation focusing on process & technology, data quality, delivery model and people.
- To support ATR’s governance model at strategic, tactical and operational levels and catalyze ATR LT’s effectiveness.
- To be a full and active member of the Global ATR LT, composed of the Global ATR Process owner, The Global ATR Strategy Lead, the Global ATR Operations Lead, The ATR HQ Lead and the Regional ATR Leads of Europe, AMEA and the Americas.
- Provide discipline and competence for the implementation of major change within the global A2R process stream, challenge ATR LT when required.
- Ensure effective implementation of the Global A2R Strategic Initiatives across the regional finance operations centers, track and communicate progress.
- Equip and support Regional TOM Transformation Leads to drive change in their respective regions in alignment to TOM Ambition.
- Catalyze Global / Regional action to foster a sense of ATR Global community.
- Monitor and review ATR activity and organization in pursuit of ATR TOM Ambition.
- Catalyze ATR Personas capability evolution: Entity Teams, Process Teams, Data & Projects Teams.
- Catalyze transformation and progress of Statutory TOM in Europe and AMEA
- Ensure AICO continuous improvement journey, as part of data and process enhancement.
- Project manage certain key global A2R strategic initiatives in close collaboration with regional A2R leads.
- To leverage global A2R transformation approaches and proactively engage with other functions (i.e. Management Reporting, Compliance, Invoice to Pay) to identify opportunities for common change objectives.
- Process Scope: Global (LATAM, NA, EAME, Europe & Headquarters)
- 15 years of relevant experience in multinational or big local companies with clear and established finance processes and matrix organizational background.
- Ability to effectively function in a complex multi-dimensional, multi-cultural matrix organization.
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and to work in connection with remote and multicultural teams.
- Experience in Change Management and Transformation, Global projects, Project Management, Strategic Agenda management, scalable technology implementations.
- Ability to manage uncertainty in fast-paced changing environments.
- 360 leadership, challenge status quo, advanced communication skills, stakeholder engagement, collaboration, conflict management and resolution, strategic planning and prioritization capabilities.

- Graduate from and relevant experience in Finance, Business Management, Postgraduate or master’s degree in finance, Business, preferred.
- Understanding of finance processes, business end-to-end processes and internal controls necessary to safeguard the Company’s assets
- Change management, Transformation, Project management, Agile methodologies (preferred)
- Understanding of the current and future challenges faced by the A2R organization and the drivers of change.
- Understanding of ATR’s role in IFRS, Statutory, Tax, and Statistical Reporting.
- Understanding of Syngenta Financial Reporting requirements, Financial Frameworks, and other relevant policies and procedures.
- Excellent command of English.
