As they aim to become a market leader in Housing Finance, they are seeking a skilled professional for the Regional Sales Manager role for Ahmedabad location. Company: Leading Housing Finance company ( Great Place To Work Certified) Designation: Regional Sales Manager Experience: 3 to 10 years in Real Estate Finance (Sales or Credit Role). Diverse experience desirable covering sales and credit. Experience of construction finance, project finance desirable. Office location: Ahmedabad (6 day onsite workweek - Mon-Sat with 2nd Sat off) Key Responsibilities: To Originate, on-board / build and maintain healthy and profitable Construction Finance Portfolio / Real Estate Domain. Obtaining all the data required for processing the proposals. Execution of the disbursement for proposals sanctioned. Ensure quality portfolio & thorough monitoring of existing accounts. Ongoing monitoring of accounts including tracking developments in the industry and the account to identify early stress and work with risk teams in devising appropriate mitigation strategies wherever required. Focused housekeeping which involves follow up on clearing deferrals/ overdue/delays appearing in daily MIS circulated by Operations team. Monitoring project sales, collection, construction activity & routing of sales proceeds in Escrow accounts Appropriate level of client calling to develop strong understanding of client's/Developer's overall financial health Major Deliverables: Fresh Sourcing for construction finance proposals, measured in disbursements. Preparing CAM / proposal note along with Credit Manger & presenting to approving Authority Completing Disbursement formalities Monitoring of financed projects and maintaining clean portfolio measured in portfolio size, NII and overdues. Relationship with developers measured in home loan cross sell percentages. Specialized Job Competencies: Strong analytical skills, capable of making decisions with limited data. Proficiency in credit appraisal for mid-size (10 to 60 Cr) loan proposals. Understanding of the Real Estate Industry and developers' business. Knowledge of regulations, legal intricacies, and technical requirements of real estate development. Educational Qualification: Graduate with MBA / CA preferred. Relevant experience in Real Estate Industry / Construction Finance is more important. Desired Experience: Diverse experience covering sales and credit, with a preference for construction finance or project finance experience. Experience with MSME term loans or mortgages is advantageous. Experience ranging from 1 to 8 years. Specialized Job based competencies: Excellent analytical skills - ability to take decision in limited data situation. Expertise in managing high stake negotiations. Credit appraisal of mid-size (10 to 50 Cr) loan proposals. Understanding of Real Estate Industry, builder/developers' business Good understanding of Local Regulations, RERA guidelines, legal intricacies and technical requirements of real estate development Other desired attributes: Proficiency in Local Language (must), Hindi and English (must), Good communication skills. Ability to work in team spread across locations. Ability to manage business of a location single handedly Ability to work closely with other internal stake holders Multi-tasking.
