Role & responsibilities1. Plan, execute and deliver projects within scope, budget and timeline2. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and engineers to ensure timely delivery of tasks assigned3. Coordinate with Architects for any project specifications or improvements4. Supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards5. Conduct quality inspections to maintain project standards6. Monitor project progress tracker report of entire site activities and provide detailed analysis report to stakeholders7. Manage procurement and ensure optimal resource allocations8. Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies9. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders addressing their concerns and requirements promptly10. Facilitate regular meetings with team to understand team wide concerns and provide detailed action plan report.Job Specifications1. Graduate/PG degree in real estate, construction management or a related field2. Proven managerial experience of minimum 7 years in project management within hotel and real estate industry3. Strong leadership and organizational skills4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously6. Detail-oriented with strong problem solving skills7. Proficient in MS Excel and Auto-CAD
