- Own the regional GenAI product strategy and roadmap for EMAP across Ascend and Fraud, informed by:
- EMAP customer VOC and market needs
- Regional regulatory and risk considerations
- Global GenAI platforms, priorities, and capabilities
- Identify where Generative AI can materially improve customer outcomes, product differentiation, and operational efficiency.
- Translate emerging GenAI capabilities into clear product intent, priorities, and roadmaps.
- Lead discovery of highâimpact GenAI opportunities across customer journeys and internal product workflows.
- Define use cases with clear value hypotheses, success measures, and risk considerations.
- Drive productisation of GenAI capabilities, moving from concept and proof points into scalable, productionâready features embedded in core products.
- Ensure solutions are designed for repeatability, supportability, and regional scale, rather than bespoke delivery.
- Work with markets and regional functions to scale GenAI use cases across EMAP, with primary focus on customerâfacing innovation and considering productivity enablement where it supports product outcomes
- Define how GenAI capabilities will be adopted, measured, and evolved over time across markets.
- Track outcomes including adoption, productivity gains, customer impact, and product differentiation.
- Partner with Engineering and Data Science to embed GenAI capabilities into existing Ascend and Fraud products, rather than standalone tools.
- Ensure GenAI features are explainable and auditable by design; aligned to Experianâs product operating model and naturally integrated into customer and analyst workflows
- Balance rapid innovation with longâterm platform integrity, trust, and regulatory compliance
- Act as a senior product partner across Engineering, Architecture, Data Science, Client Delivery, Market Product, and regional GTM teams.
- Collaborate with GTM to shape AIâdriven value propositions, pricing inputs, and adoption models, ensuring clear and responsible client messaging.
- Influence prioritisation and solution design through strong product judgement, evidenceâbased tradeâoffs, and clear articulation of customer and commercial value.
- Operate effectively in a matrixed, global environment without formal line authority.
- Work closely with regional and global AI technology teams to ensure GenAI governance, controls, and guardrails are embedded into product design and delivery.
- Ensure GenAI product capabilities align with:
- Product development and risk frameworks
- Legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements across EMAP
- Responsible AI principles (fairness, transparency, traceability)
- Coâcreate GenAI capabilities with selected clients to validate value, usability, and adoption.
- Partner with global technology and AI platform teams to leverage external GenAI providers where appropriate, in line with Experian standards and governance.
- Act as an internal GenAI product ambassador for EMAP.
- Share success stories, learnings, and impact narratives to support alignment, adoption, and momentum across product teams and markets
- GenAI capabilities embedded into EMAP products at scale, not isolated pilots
- Tangible improvements in customer decision quality, speed, and usability
- Clear, aligned GenAI priorities across product teams and markets
- Innovation delivered responsibly, maintaining Experianâs standards of trust and compliance
- Significant experience as a Senior Product Manager / Principal PM in complex software, platform, or dataâdriven environments.
- Strong grounding in product discovery, productisation, and outcomeâbased prioritisation.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI concepts, patterns, and limitations.
- Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical, customerâready product features.
- Proven ability to lead through influence rather than hierarchy.
- Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience operating in regulated or highâtrust environments is highly advantageous.
