
Sr. Technical Analyst – Oracle Fusion Cloud

- Provide technical and functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM modules.
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle APEX applications to support business process extensions and reporting needs.
- Lead technical design, development, and integration activities, including data conversions, interfaces, and customizations.
- Work closely with business users and functional analysts to translate requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud and APEX solutions.
- Support clients in new Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations as well as ongoing AMS support for existing environments.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and optimize technical issues in Fusion Cloud and APEX applications.
- Create and maintain technical design documents, integration specs, and deployment guides.
- Evaluate and implement Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, ensuring technical compatibility and regression testing coverage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet business requirements.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- 8+ years of experience with Oracle ERP solutions, including at least 4–5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud (SaaS).
- Strong hands-on technical expertise across ERP (Finance, P2P, R2R), HCM, SCM, and EPM modules.
- Proven experience in Oracle APEX development, including application design, custom dashboards, and workflow automation.
- Experience in developing integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, OIC, middleware) and managing data migration (FBDI, ADFdi).
- Strong SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and OTBI reporting skills.
- Hands-on experience with extensions, personalization, and technical troubleshooting in Oracle Cloud.
- Knowledge of security, roles, and compliance (SOX, audit readiness) in Fusion environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Oracle certifications (Fusion Cloud and APEX) preferred.
