System Operations & Maintenance: Oversee daily IBMS operations, including monitoring, diagnostics, and maintenance activities, ensuring optimal system performance and uptime.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Facilities, Security) to identify, address, and resolve IBMS-related issues, ensuring seamless system integration.
Preventive Maintenance : Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance programs for IBMS equipment and systems to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of assets.
Technical Expertise & Best Practices: Provide technical guidance and leadership on IBMS best practices, emerging technologies, and industry standards, ensuring that the organization is aligned with the latest innovations.
System Audits & Regulatory Compliance: Conduct regular assessments, inspections, and audits of IBMS systems to ensure they are compliant with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.
Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on the latest advancements in IBMS technologies, recommending innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and system reliability.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation regarding IBMS performance, maintenance activities, and project status, presenting insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Vendor Management: Participate in the evaluation, selection, and management of IBMS vendors and service providers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to project timelines.
Incident Resolution [P0]: Develop and implement effective incident response protocols and workflows. Ensure timely troubleshooting, and resolution of issues to minimize service disruptions with proper CAPA
Design Validation [L0] and witnessing T&C Activities [L4 & L5]: Ensure no SPOF and gaps in the design and ensure SOO & IST are alignedBrand Positioning: Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.
Team Development: Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fieldWork Experience:
14-17 years of experience in the Data Centers industry
Proven track record of leading and implementing IBMS strategies
