- Conduct hands-on data analysis, as and when required, to achieve the above objectives.
- Drive the agenda to incorporate new data sources and new insights into credit, responsible lending and collection strategies. Working closely with model developers, tech and product teams.
- Set out the vision and analytical agenda for the team that helps deliver the overall business goals
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify areas within portfolio or products that could be improved to increase efficiency, drive better customer outcomes and generate value
- Design credit risk strategies and decision models covering Loans and Credit Cards
- Present analysis and insights directly to the C-level execs in Amplifi and Credit Unions.
- Data led and tech savvy, ability to assess and interpret credit data and derive meaningful insights
- Great communication skills, works well in and enjoy being part of a fast-growing dynamic team
- Great analytical eye, able to quickly interpret data and understand the commercial impact
- Self-motivated, passionate and loves to take ownership and lead a team

- Have a degree in a numerate discipline (Engineering, Finance, MBA, Science) from a top-tier college
- Ideally have 4+ Years of experience in Analytics, Data Science or Data-driven Strategies,
- Have experience in coding and data manipulation using SQL or SAS or Python. Be aware of statistical techniques, and understand statistical models especially ones related to Credit Risk (PD, EAD, LGD, Behavioural scores)
- Have a detailed understanding of Retail banking industry and Credit Risk modelling and strategies for Loans and Credit Cards. Strong understanding of credit risk drivers like roll rates, credit files, collections initiatives
- Experience with UK markets would be preferred
- Be able to translate business problems into conceptual analytical problem statements, identify relevant data sources, analyse data, and communicate the ‘so-whats’ and actionable insights in a simple manner
- Have experience working within digital products and of Agile project methodology
