Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) – 4+ years hands-on experience
Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
Agentforce
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Strong understanding of data modeling, integration, and identity resolutionKey Responsibilities:
Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform)
Integrate multiple data sources (CRM, web, mobile, third-party systems) into Data Cloud
Build unified customer profiles and define identity resolution rules
Develop and manage data models, data streams, and segmentation strategies
Enable real-time data activation across Salesforce platforms (Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud)
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards
Optimize performance and scalability of data pipelines
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Analytics, and EngineeringWhat We're Looking For:
