- 12 to 15 years of proven experience in technical program management, with a strong focus on advanced AI technologies and enterprise scale implementations
- Strong technical literacy in software engineering, AI and ML systems and cloud infrastructure, with practical understanding of model deployment, scaling and integration into enterprise platforms.
- Strong exposure to Generative AI and emerging agentic systems, including experience driving adoption of large language models, autonomous agents and AI powered applications from concept to production
- 3 to 4 years of people management experience with the ability to lead, mentor and grow high performing engineering and program teams
- Outstanding skills in negotiation, influencing, and collaborator management, capable of aligning executive leadership and engineering teams around intricate AI initiatives
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity and provide clear direction in dynamic, rapidly evolving technology landscapes
- Experience managing global, cross functional programs and assignments within matrixed organizations
- Familiarity with or experience working in startup or high growth environments, where new technologies and experimentation are central to success
- Exceptional critical thinking combined with strong operational execution, ensuring alignment between long term AI strategy and near term deliverables
- Excellent communication, presentation and executive presence skills to engage with senior leadership and diverse customer groups
- Ability to act as a trusted partner to senior technology teams, coordinating initiatives in AI and advanced systems and driving complex programs to successful outcomes
