Among the various travel technology services which we provide, major are Channel Management Software and GDS/API/XML integration for Flights and Hotels. Roles and Responsibilities: We are looking for a candidate who can take care of our end to end email marketing process with below roles and responsibilities.. Integrate CRM tool and create automated flows as per the users touch point. Deliver customer insights, end-to-end customer retention strategies and recommendations by performing data analyses and post activity evaluations. Responsible for hands-on modeling and analysis of marketing campaigns to determine the best mix of channels and messaging through Email, SMS, Push notification, Mobile push, WhatsApp, etc. Responsible for identifying customers activities through the Marketing Automation tool and carrying out the optimization of CRM/marketing activities by defining customer selection based on customer profiling and segmentation. Responsible for identifying key trends and factors influencing customer behavior, analysis that can generate customer insight to add value to the customer relationship. Partner with cross functional stakeholders to develop and execute campaigns that optimize customer loyalty and lifetime value. Measure, analyze, and report performance metrics pertaining to the organizations loyalty program. Develop and own customer models to predict customer response rate, customer frequency rate, customer life-time value (LTV), etc. Drive long-term business growth by owning the customer lifecycle, including customer acquisition; optimizing contact strategies and promotional strategy; and building loyalty. Identify, recommend, and implement quality and efficient improvements to CRM processes. Create reports for sales, marketing, and customer service, to make more effective decisions. Requirements 5+ years of experience in relevant CRM,Life-cycle and Merchandise Marketing roles Graduation/Post Graduation degree in related field Experience in consumer internet product marketing,Proven diary of developing and executing high impact marketing strategies Experience in Travel or E-commerce domain is must
