Job Title: AI Automation Test EngineerRole Overview.As a QA Automation Engineer, you will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable automation solutions that enhance software quality and accelerate release cycles.You will contribute to building AI-assisted test automation frameworks, intelligent test execution strategies, Continuous testing in CI/CD that improve the overall effectiveness of the software quality assurance lifecycle.Required Skills & Experience4+ years of total QA experience, with minimum 2+ years in automation testingStrong Analytical skills, test case identification skills and thorough knowledge of Functional, Integration, UI and Regression testingStrong experience working in Agile / Scrum environments on commercial software projectsHands-on experience with AI-assisted test automation tools such as Claude, OpenAI Codex, or GitHub Copilot to build:AI-generated test casesSelf-healing automation scriptsAutomated test maintenance and optimizationAbility to analyze AI-generated insights and identify defect patterns using test analyticsExpertise in building and enhancing automation frameworks using tools such as:Playwright / Playwright MCPCypressSeleniumStrong programming skills in Java / Python/C#, JavaScript / TypeScript to support automation and AI-enabled testing workflowsExperience with AI-assisted visual regression testing toolsBasic knowledge in Azure/AWS/GCPHands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SwaggerExperience using bug tracking and project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOpsGood working knowledge of BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, SpecFlow, etc.)Key CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work on client facing rolesStrong task management and ownership mindsetREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree (minimum)Experience in software testing of 4+ years
