Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Manager/Agency Manager/Sr. Agency Manager at Niva Bupa Health Insurance located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves day-to-day management of the unit/agency, including overseeing operations, driving sales targets, managing a team of agents, promoting products, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
