  • The purpose of the role is to handle field operations activities related to NLD/ILD. Support all types of regulatory and security audits compliance from BSNL and NLD/ILD point of view
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
  • Network uptime of all NLD core equipments at circle to be 99.995%
  • Reduction of P1/P2/P3 outages by 25% (YoY) by driving required stakeholders for necessary optimization
  • Any outage of NLD to have exact RCA
  • Extend immediate all filed support for NLD and enterprise nodes
  • All LD PoI TT to beattended immediately
  • Identify gaps in LD POI and followup to fix them
  • . Keep track on NLD / ILD KPI for cirlce and work towards its improvement
  • CSR - 99.98%, ASR
40% for NLD, 30%
for ILD. * Improvement in each of NLD KPI / Reduction in failures by 30% Q4 Avg vs Q1 Avg.
  • Daily tracking of all NLD reports and immediate action for any deviation B5.
  • Follow up with other operators in circle for any KPI deviation of VI LD connectivity
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
  • Good Knowledge of Packet Core & WiFi operations including protocol & call flows.
  • Good understanding of Hardware management and Networking
  • Experience on cloud infrastructure and related technologies will be added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, inter-personal & managerial skills
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Risk assessment ability
Must have technical / professional qualifications
  • Preferred qualification in B.E/B.Tech(Electronic & Communication). CCNA/CCNP & Knowledge in Cloud Technology or Cloud related certification would be added advantage.
  • Should have 5+ years of experience overall in telecom Domain.
