The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. **Responsibilities:** 1. **Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):** - Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. - Analyze financial data, key performance indicators, and trends to provide insights into business performance. 2. **Budgeting and Forecasting:** - Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish realistic financial goals. - Monitor budget variances and provide timely and accurate explanations for any discrepancies. - Prepare financial forecasts and present insights to support decision-making. 3. **Financial Reporting:** - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements. - Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reports, highlighting any issues or discrepancies. - Present financial results to executive management, providing actionable recommendations. 4. **Cash Flow Management:** - Manage cash flow and liquidity, ensuring adequate funds are available for operational needs. - Implement effective cash management strategies to optimize working capital and mitigate financial risks. 5. **Risk Management:** - Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate exposure. - Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions that may impact the financial health of the company. 6. **Compliance and Regulatory Reporting:** - Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting principles, and industry standards. - Prepare and submit required financial reports to regulatory authorities. **Qualifications:** - Master's degree in finance, Inter CA, or relevant professional certifications. - Minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in finance, with a focus on the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Experience of working in a CA office. - Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. - Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and analysis using tools such as Excel. - Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. - Proven leadership experience, including the ability to lead and develop a team.
