JOB BRIEF: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development to drive sustainable financial growth through increased sales and forging strong client relationships in B2G AND B2B vertical.RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Develop a vertical growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction2. Research and identify new markets and customer needs and replicate projects in states.3. Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients specially B2G and B2B.4. Promote IMZ Corporate's products/services by addressing or anticipating clients' objectives5. Prepare sales contracts while ensuring compliance with law-established guidelines6. Maintain records of sales, revenue, and invoices7. Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients8. Ensure timely collections for the customers9. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support10. Comfortable in extensive traveling within India.11. Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.REQUIREMENTS:1. Proven experience as a Business Development, Sales Executive, or relevant role2. Demonstrated track record in Solution sales for companies in mobility and transportation domain3. Understanding the use of digital tools like sensors/ mobile data terminals/ RF Readers4. Experience in customer support (a plus)5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)6. Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills7. Strong market knowledge, especially in B2B sales and B2G sales. (experience of handling logistics companies, Last mile delivery, education, Excise, Customs, elections a plus)8. Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.9. Strong time management and planning skills10. MBA in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field11. Should be mobile (two or four-wheeler)12.
