We are seeking an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to source, screen, and hire top-tier healthcare professionals for a variety of client requirements across the United States. This position involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring compliance with US healthcare regulations, and delivering an exceptional experience to both clients and candidates.Responsibilities:Source healthcare professionals (nurses, physicians, therapists, allied health staff, veterinarians, etc.) via job boards, social media, networking, and referralsBuild and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future rolesConduct initial screening interviews to evaluate qualifications, availability, licensing, and visa/work authorizationReview resumes for alignment with US healthcare standards and licensing requirementsCollaborate with clients and account managers to understand role requirements, urgency, and cultural fitSchedule and coordinate interviews, providing preparation and feedback to candidatesEnsure regulatory compliance including HIPAA, state licensing, and credential verificationMaintain recruitment records and update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Negotiate offers, salaries, and start dates; manage onboarding requirements such as background checks and drug screeningsPrimary Skills:US healthcare recruitment expertise (5+ years)Candidate sourcing and pipeline developmentKnowledge of US work visas and credentialing requirementsProficiency in healthcare job boards and ATS platformsSecondary Skills (Good to Have):Understanding of US healthcare terminology and industry trendsExperience recruiting travel nurses, locum tenens, or allied healthcare professionalsStrong time management in a fast-paced environmentQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)Minimum 5 years of proven US healthcare recruitment experienceStrong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skillsProficiency in ATS systems and MS Office SuiteEqual Opportunity Statement:
