Work closely with the HR Business team, HRIS functional team, Payroll team to gather requirements for Dashboards, Reports, Interfaces, Extensions and Integrations.
Providing strong subject matter expertise to identify and translate business and system requirements into design artifacts and documents.
Support US payroll on Oracle EBS.
Support non-US payroll integrations with ADP.
Manage technical resources supporting Dashboards, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, Fast Formulas, and new projects.

Technical Skills:

5+ years developing data conversion and reports in Oracle HCM Cloud.
US payroll exposure is a must.
Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, completing at least two Cloud full lifecycle implementations and upgrades.
Proficient in HDL, OTBI and BI Publisher.
Experience in Oracle EBS is beneficial.
Experience in Fusion HCM Analytics is beneficial.
