We are looking for HR TA Interns to assist new hiring, evaluating applicants, and arranging interviews. People who are familiar with screening, recruiting and adding quality work force in the organisation. Tenure: 2/3/6 months Stipend: Unpaid Internship Work Location: Remote Work Schedule: 6 days working, 4 hours per day. Job Responsibilities: Update Employee Database. Screen resumes and application forms. Schedule and Interview candidates. Post, update and remove job ads from Job portals and social networking sites. Prepare HR-related reports as needed. Follow up with candidates to join the organization and collect on boarding documents. Criteria: Graduated/Post graduated in Human Resources. Skills Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Ms Excel, PowerPoint and Ms Word, etc. Excellent administrative and organizational skills. Effective communication skills.
